This is a very random drawing! I suppose its just showing how comfortable you can be in your skin once you accept yourself. I mean, this girl's skin is every colour of the rainbow (I think!) and yeah, she might look different, but she looks comfortable with herself and so happy that it doesn't matter how she looks on the outside.
